Why Choose Us – We Keep It Local

Locals Supporting Locals

Living in a regional area, we feel that it’s extremely important to keep as much of our business as possible to the local economy. As a small, locally-owned-and-run business ourselves, we know the value in this! By using trades and suppliers within our region, the cost of our builds goes towards economic growth in town, rather than large, national (or international) companies.

Nearly every supplier and trade we use is local to the Gympie and/or Sunshine Coast region. Our plumbers – Marc Ryan Plumbing; electricians – Rural Air Con and Electrical; tilers – Noel Wheatley Tiling and painters – McFarlane Painters are local to Gympie, and in turn, support local business themselves buying their products in town.

The use of local businesses also benefits our clients in that we are all striving to create a beautiful end product, and any issues are addressed as quickly and painlessly as possible. We all work together to uphold our reputations, and provide our clients with the high-standard of homes they deserve. This means we want to eliminate any possible problems our clients may have, and on the rare occasion they do occur, we want them resolved as quickly as you do, and will work with our trades/suppliers to make this happen.

We use Sunshine Mitre 10 for the majority of our hardware and timber, who are a huge employer in the Gympie Region. Their huge range makes them a fantastic one-stop-shop for our carpenters in the framing and fixout stages of our builds.

Steeline Roofin’ Spot, Cooloola Tiles, Reece Plumbing, Harvey Norman Commercial, Gympie Blinds, NPC, Bradnams Windows and Doors and Budget Steel are just a few of the many other local companies we use to complete our homes to the standard our clients deserve.

Supporting local business and the community is one of our most core values – we love watching our region flourish. There is so much potential for this wonderful area to prosper even more, and we can’t wait to be a part of this growth.
